Treasury Operations Manager

Responsible for the Policies, activities and controls required to successfully manage the cash activities within the SunPower Energy Services division.  Directs all activities, personnel  and systems involving the management of cash resources. Oversees cash positions and the transfer of funds between entities and accounts.  Will maintain external communication with pertinent financial institutions.. Manage cash accounts and monitor debt service rations and other required balances and transfers. Responsible for the lockbox management of both residential and commercial customers.  Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ·

Responsible for the Policies, activities Directs activities and resources within a the functional Treasury Operations area. ·Supports day-to-day efforts necessary to achieve the business plan and to satisfy the needs of SunPower’s customers (Internal and External)  Directs and provides expertise within functional area teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.   Knowledge of banking and lockbox management needed with a focus on process and automation.   Serves as point of escalation for direct reports. ·   Develops and delivers performance reviews. ·   Involved in both personnel (hiring and termination) and compensation decision.





Manages groups of supervisors and/or individual contributors.

Engages in recruitment and ensures ongoing individual development for direct reports.

Prepares and delivers performance reviews.

Makes compensation decisions.

Works internally and externally, ensuring that decisions are reached through effective and mutually beneficial collaboration.

Demonstrates leadership in applying SunPower values and inspiring others in team to do so.

Review and approval of Cash positions

Refund and Guarantee Administration

Live Check Handling


Preferred Requirements

Prior Treasury management experience

Has worked  in a Process oriented Service environment with banking and lockbox management

People management experience

Prior experience in a financial services environment is very beneficial.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience ·  And 2+ years of people management experience

Post-graduate work is desirable

OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
